This bright brick, colonial, detached 8 bedroom home was built in 1963 and extensively remodeled in 2008 to be a fully licensed residential rehab facility for those seeking long term rehab. The 21,140 square foot lot is accessible by a 20 foot wide, 130 foot long paver driveway (affording 6 vehicles off-street parking.) The home is within the Washington, D.C. beltway, 6 miles south of the U.S. Capitol in the quiet and safe Alexandria, Virginia residential neighborhood. The GRR Alexandria long term inpatient alcohol treatment center offers our extended aftercare residents the opportunity to enjoy spacious, comfortably furnished, common areas, including a self-service laundry and a state of the art kitchen not commonly found in other long term inpatient alcohol treatment centers. While sharing a house with up to eight other recovering individuals, residential rehab residents are provided with fully furnished private, or semi private, rooms (depending on particular needs,) containing "all the comforts of home."

The second floor features hard wood floors, 6 bedrooms each with their own ceiling fan, bed, bureau, desk and chair, 3 bathrooms - two of which have whirlpool tubs, and a self service laundry with a washer/dryer.
